🔥 VUS HAS DONATED 8 OXYGEN RESPIRATORS AND 5,000 UNITS OF LEVEL 4 PERSONAL PROTECTIVE CLOTHING TO HEALTHCARE WORKERS TREATING COVID-19 IN HCMC 🔥
VUS has donated a large amount of medical equipment and materials in order to help protect the health and safety of our key workers on the Covid-19 treatment front line in HCMC during this difficult time.
💉 Through international suppliers, VUS has managed to purchase and donate 8 HFNC oxygen respirators and 5,000 units of level 4 personal, protective clothing specifically to Doctors who are treating Covid-19 patients only. This equipment has been allocated to the following regional hospitals: Cho Ray Hospital, the Ho Chi Minh City Children’s Hospital, Thu Duc City Le Van Thinh Hospital and the Covid-19 Hospital in Cu Chi.
With its background in education and community, VUS always strives to uphold humanistic values and will continue in striving to help check and defeat the pandemic for all.
🥽 Additionally VUS aims to continue supporting the local community through a program called “Caring and sharing” where our latest activity “Solve the Quiz – Contribute rice” will have an estimated start date of 13th August 2021. Through this activity VUS will spread its love supporting households and individuals who are suffering the most due to Covid-19 in HCMC. Through this program we aim to donate around 20 tons of rice to those in need around the city.
