Recently, our teaching assistants (TAs) at VUS Dong Nai – Phan Trung had the opportunity to attend a workshop covering the exciting and practical topic of working with parents.
This workshop helped our TAs find answers to a familiar question from parents: “Teaching assistant, how’s my child doing?” It equipped our TAs with the skills for effective communication, ensuring positive relationships with parents.
Drawing on her experience as a former teaching assistant at VUS, teacher Doan Ngoc Phuong Lan offered valuable advice to the TAs. She also guided them on effective communication methods through attitude, body language, and real-life situations
