To elevate students’ daily English communication and prepare them for future assessments, VUS teachers from campuses nationwide recently participated in several workshops titled “The English-Only Zone: Small-Talk.” This workshop highlighted the importance of reinforcing speaking skills and introduced a new approach using a set of questions to improve students’ speaking abilities.
Throughout the session, teachers engaged in various activities and gained valuable insights to refine their teaching methods. Despite their busy schedules, VUS teachers come together at these workshops to exchange ideas and enjoy each other’s company, fostering a close-knit and supportive community.
