Recently, at VUS Nguyen Chi Thanh, teachers participated in a system-wide workshop titled “Encouraging Mistakes,” led by two dedicated teachers from VUS Quang Trung. The workshop emphasized the importance of learning from mistakes, helping both students and teachers reduce the pressure of always being right, and instead, focus on growth.
During the session, teachers engaged in a variety of activities and gained valuable insights to enhance their teaching strategies. Despite their busy schedules, VUS teachers make it a priority to attend these workshops, where they exchange ideas and build a strong, supportive community.
