PRIZE AND REFERRAL PERIOD:
- Reward Amount: Referrers will receive a bonus based on the campus group for each successful referral.
- Payment Method: The bonus will be paid via bank transfer.
- Payment Schedule: The bonus will be processed:
- Group 1 & 2: Upon the candidate’s completion of one month of employment.
- Group 3: After the candidate passes the 2-month probation.
- Program Duration: This program is effective until June 30, 2026.
- Disclaimer: VUS reserves the right to conclude the program earlier than the specified end date if recruitment targets are met.
- Referral fees are quoted in gross amounts. Referrers are responsible for paying tax if required by authorities on all amounts exceeding 2,000,000 VND.
REFERRAL GUIDELINES:
1. A SUCCESSFUL REFERRAL fee is paid to the referrer when:
- The “REFERRER” has obtained the consent of the “CANDIDATE”,
- The “REFERRER” submits the candidate’s complete and accurate information via form during the program period (from 01/04 – 30/06/2026).
- The “REFERRED CANDIDATE” accepts the job offer and commences employment with VUS immediately after the interview.
2. For referrers:
- No limit on number of candidates per referrer.
- First come first served basis in case of Candidate duplication, based on the date HRT receives the form with the Candidate’s CV.
3. For candidates:
- University/College students aged 18+ or fresh graduates (within two years of graduation) for campuses in Group 1 and Group 2.
- Be able to work on weekdays evenings and morning/afternoon shifts on the weekend.
- Good English communication skills.
- Must not be an existing or past candidate in the VUS recruitment database within the last six (06) months.

Group 1: 1,000,000 VND per successful referral

Group 2: 500,000 VND per successful referral

Notes:
- VUS will inform the “REFERRER” whether the application of the “CANDIDATE” meets the recruitment requirements within five (5) working days from the date the referral form is received.
- The bonus applies only to selected campuses and will be confirmed with the “CANDIDATE” during the recruitment process, after the “CANDIDATE” has finalized their working location.
- VUS reserves the full right to determine the validity of all referrals.
