Effective classroom management for HappyKids & SuperKids classes
This session highlighted the importance of creating a positive and engaging classroom atmosphere. Teachers explored new perspectives on maintaining interaction, nurturing focus, and connecting with students – especially younger learners – through clear structure and supportive guidance.
Teaching listening skills for both young learners and IELTS students
The second theme emphasized how listening can be taught and practiced effectively across different proficiency levels, from young learners to IELTS students. Teachers gained practical strategies and ideas to help students build confidence, strengthen comprehension, and develop active listening habits as part of their overall communication skills.
Campus updates and academic directions
The final part of the workshop encouraged teachers to stay aligned with VUS’s academic direction and upcoming initiatives.
